Welcome to the ‘Bull Moose Chopper’-- Built By Women!

> Attendees at Chicago’s International Motorcycle Show Feb. 8-10 got a chance to see a Moose motorcycle, built, from scratch, on stage. And they got to see it built by four talented women.

What’s more, the motorcycle the women built is now part of a fraternity-wide raffle.

“That makes it even better, knowing that it’s going to a charitable cause and that what we’re doing will help raise money,” said Laura Klock, one of the women who helped build the “Bull Moose Chopper.”

Gina Woods of XM Satellite Radio, with whom Moose International first came into contact with at the May 2007 Blessing of the Bikes at Mooseheart, organized the bike build.

The team she put together can be seen in the photo at right. They were (from left) Kim Jordan, Jasmine Clark, Jessi Combs and Klock. All have years of motorcycle riding and building experience.

Details of the motorcycle all relate to the Moose. For example, the timing cover (bottom, left), features James J. Davis in his iconic pose with a boy and girl. The gas tank (bottom right) carries the old-school Moose logo.
